FreeTools ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of freeetools.com (the "Service") to do the same.

3. Required Information for a DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notice must include the following information:

• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access to the Service for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
